What we appreciate most in Belgium is its mix of three cultures, all quite different but ultimately complementary to each other. Mixed cultures means a wide range of culinary choices! A little of France, a little of Flemish, and German, et voila: Welcome to Belgium, the trilingual country to visit absolutely.
We have been to Brussels, but hope to visit many other cities soon to share with you their best gluten free restaurants.
So yes, the weather is sometimes not good enough, but this small country offers great cultural surprises, and of course incredible dishes that will delight your taste buds. Don’t wait any longer to visit Belgium, one of the warmest country in Europe.
