This restaurant is quite amazing because the way you can taste the croquetas is super original. Yes, there are 3 menus to choose that will take you on a gastronomic journey through Spain:
- The basic menu: a selection of croquetas from menu A, B or C (6 salty and 2 sweet) + a drink (beer or a glass of wine): 15€/pers.
- The wine pairing menu: a selection of croquetas from menu A, B or C (6 salty and 2 sweet croquettes) + a tasting of 4 glasses of wine: 22€/person.
- The tasting menu with cocktails: a selection of croquetas from menu A, B or C (6 salty and 2 sweet croquettes) + a beer or a glass of wine + a cocktail: 20€/person
Well, you’re probably wondering what menu A, B or C is, here it is:
- Menu A: Traditional croquettes: squid, veal, chicken, chickpeas, tripe, polovone, cheesecake or chocolate.
- Menu B: a slightly more exotic mix: cod with garlic, sausage and cheese, sheep’s cheese, chorizo, black pudding with apple, goat’s cheese, chocolate oréo, rice pudding.
- Menu C: for vegetarians : Goat’s cheese, zucchini, vegetables, provolone, soy, rice pudding, brownie, white chocolate!

There is also the menu for groups at 25€ per person with 4 homemade croquettes, humous, Iberian ham, cheese, a sweet croquette, and freedom to drink wine and beer for 1:30.

Open every day from 13:30 to 16:00 and from 20:30 to 23:30, except Thursday until 00:30 or Friday and Saturday evenings from 19:30 to 3:00. The restaurant is located in the Cortes district, in the centre of Madrid.
