Between mountains, skiing, lake visits, small villages by the water, Austria has so much to offer. This country has respected and enriched its history through the respect of many monuments and national parks. So, yes, traditional dishes are generally based on animal sources from the plains and mountains. With a geographical position close to the Alps, why not do without it!
