You planned to have a day in Seminyak doing some shopping today? But at one point, carrying so many bags, trying clothes all around can drive you crazy, and the only thing you will want is to have a good gluten free lunch in Seminyak?
There is one place, well known in Seminyak that proposes everything you want gluten free. It’s called Shelter cafe !
When you get to the restaurant, you will see at first a place for organic juice. On the right side of it, there is the entrance of Shelter cafe! You first go through a little shop, where you will be able to find very nice clothes, jewelries and many other things. Then, take the stairs on the left side, and you are finally arrived at the Shelter rooftop!
You will get into a little forest, full of plants, flowers and trees. The atmosphere is so relaxing that you will feel that nothing is around. Their food reflect their natural universe.
With gluten free food, and many vegetarian and vegan options, so this place is made for absolutely everyone!
I tried their gluten free brunch where there were eggs, vegetables, gluten free potato galette, gluten free bread and more., My friend took their proteins salads and obviously, i tried it ! (several time by the way…)it was delicious!

When we were there, there were a group of people here for business. If you want to organize a meeting, it might be a good place !
Also, for instagram lover, their plates are so beautiful that you can have a unique food post !
Don’t hesitate to talk to the waiter about your diet, they are very good at understanding it.
