Indeed, I went to the one in Canggu, and absolutely loved their takeaway pastries. On the road to Olds Mans, next to La Rustica or Crate cafe, this gluten free bakery will allow you to end your meal with absolutely amazing pastries!

You’ll see the atmosphere is very nice, you’ll be able to take away delicious little pastries, with chocolate, yogourt, fruits, caramel and things you wouldn’t have imagined.
And then, sometimes, you will have the chance to taste pains au chocolat, or croissants like the French way.
You won’t feel and taste the banana flour. Thus, for those who are not banana lovers, don’t worry!! It tastes like rice flour or almond flour. It was amazing, and it’s not too sweet. Yes, as you may know, sometimes gluten free pastries are 10,000 times sweeter than normal pastries. But at Made’s banana flour, the amount is perfect!
There is also gluten free bread made of banana flour which is absolutely gorgeous.
There is an open kitchen, so as soon as you come in, you’ll be able to smell the good gluten free pastries. Take it from the counter or from small cupboards, the pastries are at your sight, at very affordable prices.
