Would you like some good gluten-free brick sheets? The perfect recipe for an original gluten-free meal. You can put anything in the brick sheets: goat cheese, salmon, tomatoes, whatever. It’s up to you to make yourself happy!
Here is a very simple recipe to make at home for gluten-free brick sheets.
For this you will need :
- 20cl of water
- 35g of rice flour
- 35g cassava flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 35 g of arrow root ( or tapioca starch or potato starch )
STEP 1: In a bowl, start by mixing the cassava flour, rice flour, salt and arrow root.
STEP 2 : In the center of your mixture dig a well and pour in the egg white, start mixing before adding the water. Continue mixing until you get a mixture with the texture of a pancake batter.
STEP3: In a frying pan over low heat brushed with olive oil, pour the preparation (about 5 tbsp.) and plug any holes with a small amount of batter.
STEP 4 : Cook until the edges come off.
STEP 5 : Off the heat, delicately peel off the sheet, taking the driest sides, then place the sheet on baking paper.
Repeat the step until there is no more dough, and for the garnish I suggest a samosa recipe right here!
