A good gluten free pizza is always a bit of a pain to make when you don’t have much time. So here’s a recipe that’s really easy to make (if you’re struggling, contact me on Instagram or by email) and that’s quite quick to do.
Above all, it is made with cauliflower, so it is quite healthy and honestly delicious! No need any flour to make it!
To make this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- half a cauliflower (if the cauliflower is big, if not take it whole and add an extra egg)
a mozzarella
1 large egg
2 shallots
1 clove of garlic
herbs of your choice
For the garnish, it’s your choice 🙂
Let’s get to the kitchen.
First, start by blending your cauliflower into very small pieces, the size of rice grains we’ll say.
Then, in a pan, fry your cauliflower with a little olive oil for 10 minutes, until it turns whiter.
Once your cauliflower is ready, move on to the assembly of the gluten free pizza: in a bowl, mix your mozzarella cut into pieces with the cauliflower, salt, pepper, herbs, shallots, garlic, and finally the egg. Mix everything together and then spread it out on a baking paper.
Put your gluten-free and flour-free pizza base in a oven heated to 200° for 28 minutes.
Then add the topping and put it in the oven again for a good 20 minutes.
Enjoy hot with a nice green salad 🙂
