It’s summertime so we’re enjoying a good gluten free fig cake. Nothing very complicated and really delicious, you’re going to love baking this good cake with Gluten Libre!
So here we go, off to your kitchens to cook a little gluten free kitchen masterpiece.
For the cake you will need:
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (optional but better with!)
- 70g buckwheat flour
- 50g almond powder
- 100g applesauce
- 10 fresh figs
- Slivered almonds (optional)
STEP 1: Mix your whole eggs with the sugar, then add the applesauce.
STEP 2: Add the buckwheat flour and almond powder to this preparation. Then wash your figs and cut them into fairly thin slices.
STEP 3: Preheat your oven to 175° rotating heat.
STEP 4: Pour your mixture into a pie tin sprinkled with buckwheat flour.
STEP 5: Arrange your fig pieces on top of your preparation.
STEP 6: Optionally add vanilla sugar and almonds to your pie. It’s up to you 🙂
STEP 7: Cook for 30 minutes!
