Everybody loves pancakes, but sometimes it’s hard to make gluten free pancakes! For the record, trust me, it’s super simple. Just follow the recipe and enjoy your great pancakes, for a Sunday brunch, or simply, for a good breakfast before your working day.
So, here are the ingredients for 15 pancakes, a recipe inspired by Maizena: (I tried it several times, and it was really super simple!)
- 225g of corn flour (Maizena)
- 1 sachet of gluten-free baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar from Isles Alsa or an other brand
- 4 large eggs
- 30 g brown sugar
- 1 yoghurt and a half plain (with or without lactose)
- 15cl milk with or without lactose
- 45g of butter
The method to be followed:
STEP 1: In a large bowl, mix together the Maizena, the baking powder and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
STEP 2: In another bowl, mix the eggs and brown sugar with your mixer to make a foamy mixture!
STEP 3: Add the yoghurt and a half to the foamy mixture, then pour the contents into the bowl of STEP 1 and mix it all together.
STEP 4: Add the melted butter and the milk to this mixture. Mix well!
STEP 5: Your gluten free pancake dough is ready. Let it rest for 20/30 min. Then cook them in a hot buttered pan!
To accompany your gluten free pancakes, you can add whatever you want!
Let’s cook them now! I hope you will love these pancakes as much as I do! For other recipes, it’s here!
Have a good day everyone!
