We’re completely crazy about gluten free french crepes especially when they’re really super simple to make.

While making my lactose free and gluten free french crepes, a friend of mine was making normal crepes (with gluten and lactose) next to me. We did a test, nobody saw the difference between gluten free and normal. So are you ready?

Let’s do it!

For 10 gluten free pancakes you’re going to need:

  • 100 g of rice flour
  • 80 g corn starch
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 200g of vegetable milk (I often take the almond one)
  • 10g of coconut oil, otherwise virgin oil works very well too
  • 15 g honey for a little more flavor (optional)

STEP 1: mix in a bowl, flour and starch, then add the eggs, honey and mix.

STEP 2: Finally add the oil. To mix well, I advise you to use a whisk.

STEP 3: When the dough is very smooth, on a hot pancake pan, fry your dough for 1 to 3 min on each side. That’s it!

Nothing simpler than this recipe, right?

Enjoy your good gluten free french crepes, and share this little delicacy on the networks by using the name @gluten_libre!
