This year, winter sports are a bit of a bust for some of us, but not what you eat, I promise. The proof, we share with you today a gluten-free croziflette recipe to make at home!
First of all for the manufacture of your gluten-free crozets you will need:
- 150g of buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs
STEP 1: Using a food processor or simply by the strength of your arms, mix the buckwheat flour and the two eggs into a dough.
STEP 2: Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.
STEP 3: Cut your dough into crozet-shaped squares and let them rest on sheets of baking parchment at least overnight at room temperature.
STEP 4: Boil water in a pan and add your crozets for about 4 minutes!
Nothing could be simpler, right?
For a delicious gluten-free croziflette you will need:
- Your crozets (about 200g)
- 200g of bacon
- 20cl of fresh cream
- 1 onion
- 1 reblochon
- Salt, pepper
STEP 1: After cooking the crozets, fry the chopped onion in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
STEP 2: Put the onion aside and fry the bacon. Add the cream and the onions once cooked, let reduce on low heat.
STEP 3: Cut your reblochon cheese lengthwise, and place a part at the bottom of your dish against the crust.
STEP 4: Then add a layer of crozets and a layer of the cream, onion and bacon mixture. Repeat this until all your ingredients are used up.
STEP 5: Place the rest of your reblochon on top. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
What happiness for this winter, no?
