Visiting, riding, walking, and what? Gluten Libre never ever forgets good gluten free food !! And we are everywhere, even around Siem Reap…

After two days biking around these unique temples, I wanted to eat something that could give me energy to finish my three days trip in Angkor.

I found this restaurant called Artillery , the best place I have been so fare in Cambodia. This place is an art gallery and creative cafe launched in 2013! They also invite you to follow food classes, detox program & wellness events. But what were are happy of, is that they serve gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Artillery works closely with Cambodia farms to provides chemical free and organic products to their clients. This restaurant also tries to reduce their environnemental impact by recycling and using low average of plastic in their kitchen, and packaging. We loved them!!

I spent 6 months in Asia, and I was a bit tired of eating the same things again and again that I was so happy i discovered this place !! I could have every single dishes there!! Eating gluten free in Siem Reap seemed hard for you? It’s not anymore!

They have everything you want gluten free, vegan & vegetarian.

You can see on their menu, there is all information needed for allergies. It is possible to have big brunch, with fresh pancakes for example, or all the salads you wish.

They also propose sandwiches, burgers, macro bowls, falafel, waffles, all adapted to your gluten diet! It was amazing!

You might realize that the price in Cambodia are a bit more expensive than other countries in Asia. Even though it was really reasonable, i paid 7$ for my gluten free wrap.

Good news: There are also in Phnom Penh, so you can try in both cities !

Can’t wait to have some news from you about Artillery, this amazing gluten free place in Siem Reap!

Have fun in Angkor temples !

Don’t forget, travel, eat & enjoy.
