Would you like a gluten-free and butter-free banana brownie? A recipe that will take you a few minutes for a super tasty result.

For this recipe, I didn’t want to add sugar. I used peanut butter but you can also try to use sugar-free applesauce if you prefer!

So, let’s go for this super easy recipe:

  • 3 eggs
  • 65 g of rice flour and 35 g of cornflour
  • 2 and a half ripe bananas
  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 70g of peanut butter or 80g of applesauce
  • a little salt

STEP 1: Start by crushing your bananas in a bowl and then mix them with your eggs.

STEP 2: After mixing well, add your peanut butter or applesauce and mix again. It is important that each ingredient is added and mixed well to make a homogeneous paste.

STEP 3: Then add the flour and starch and a pinch of salt. Then add your coarsely chopped chocolate. Mix all ingredients together to make a smooth gluten-free and butter-free banana brownie dough.

STEP 4: Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°. Allow to cool and remove from the mould.
