For the occasion, we offer you the basic club sandwich recipe, which still works, and a vegan recipe, which you’re going to love! Believe in the Gluten Libre experience!
So, let’s start with the basic recipe for 1 gluten free club sandwich, follow the steps:
STEP 1: Take three slices of gluten-free bread.
STEP 2: Cook 1 piece of chicken and 2 slices of bacon.
STEP 3: On the first slice of bread, spread a little mayonnaise, a leaf of salad, your sliced piece of chicken, a little avocado, salt and pepper.
STEP 4: Put a slice on top and spread it with mayonnaise again (not too much), a few slices of tomato, your bacon and a sliced hard-boiled egg.
STEP 5: Then put the third slice of bread on top. With this you can make some good homemade french fries, or just a good green salad.
Not very complicated, is it?
For the vegan recipe, even simpler, and sometimes even greedier… It’s up to you!
STEP 1: Take 3 slices of gluten free bread.
STEP 2: Crush 120 g of chickpeas, add a small red onion, 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of dill, 1 teaspoon of chopped capers, 1 teaspoon of chopped gherkins. Mix everything well.
STEP 3: On your first slice of bread, spread 3/4 of your preparation then add a few slices of red onions.
STEP 4: Cover with another slice of bread. Put the rest of your preparation, then add a few slices of avocado and tomatoes.
STEP 5: Cover with your last slice of bread.
