I don’t Know for you but we love so much gluten free waffles!
That’s why, we wanted to share with you the recipe of Laura fruit fairy, a really good lady on instagram.
She cooked gluten free waffles, very easy to make and lovely to taste.
Now, it’s your turn to do it !
- 140 g almond milk
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120g oat flour ( or grind oats yourself )
- 1 Tbs coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 Tbs maca powder
- 1 mashed banana
For the toppings:
- Coconut whipped cream
- Strawberry chia jam
- Maple syrup
- Chocolate drops
STEP 1: Mix almond milk, vinegar and baking powder in a bowl. Let sit for a few minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and whisk until combined. Add more liquid as needed. The texture should be sticky but still pourable.
STEP 2: Brush out your waffle iron with coconut oil from both sides, pour part of the batter in and bake the waffles until crispy.
STEP 3: Add any toppings you want and enjoy your waffles !!
