As the snow has passed through most of France, what recipe could I share to warm your little hearts?
A soup of course, but not just any soup, this recipe is my mom’s soup, a well kept ancestral recipe, but she gave me the permission to share it with you…
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 pumpkin
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 onions
- 1 jar of pre-cooked chestnuts
- 2L of water
- 1 tray of FETA
STEP 1: Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Peel the onions as well.
STEP 2: Put the whole (pumpkin, chestnuts, parsley, onions) in a pressure cooker with the 2L of water. When it muddles, let it cook for about 25min.
STEP 3: Mix the preparation, add the feta cheese but keep a little for decoration of your bowl, salt and pepper.
Let it cool down a little before eating, you should not get burned!
Bon appétit!
