Me and the gluten free crumble is quite a story. In fact, I think it was the first thing I cooked gluten-free when I found out I had to go on this diet.
So here’s a super simple recipe to make and test absolutely. For this recipe, it will be strawberry and rhubarb. Let’s get started!
For 4 people, you’re gonna need:
- 160g of rhubarb
- 160g of strawberries
- 100g butter or vegetable margarine
- 120g rice flour
- 65g of sugar
- 90g almond powder
STEP 1: After removing the skin and skin of the rhubarb, cut them into 1cm pieces. Then wash, and cut your strawberries.
STEP 2: By hand, mix the butter cut into pieces, the rice flour, sugar and almond powder. Knead to get a dough with a shortbread effect.
STEP 3: In the bottom of your mould, put a little bit of your gluten free crumble, then the fruit, then cover with the whole crumble.
STEP 4: Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180°.
Only 4 steps to make a super gluten free crumble, isn’t that great?
