Good gluten-free and lactose-free spinach wraps to be made in 5 minutes, top time? Let’s get started! A really, really simple and great recipe to make!
For two wraps, you will need :
- A nice handful of fresh spinach
- 40g gluten free oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tablespoons of water (or a little more if you think your dough is too thick)
- Salt and pepper
Mix the whole and fry on a hot pan, like pancakes! Eat your gluten-free and lactose-free spinach wraps with fromage frais, ham and soy sprouts, or anything else for a veggie version, it’s up to you to see what you have in your fridge!
