Good gluten-free and lactose-free spinach wraps to be made in 5 minutes, top time? Let’s get started! A really, really simple and great recipe to make!

For two wraps, you will need :

gluten free and lactose free spianch wraps
  • A nice handful of fresh spinach
  • 40g gluten free oat flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tablespoons of water (or a little more if you think your dough is too thick)
  • Salt and pepper

Mix the whole and fry on a hot pan, like pancakes! Eat your gluten-free and lactose-free spinach wraps with fromage frais, ham and soy sprouts, or anything else for a veggie version, it’s up to you to see what you have in your fridge!
