Do you like gluten free chia pudding ? We found this recipe on internet and tried it at home.. It was so nice ! So easy to make, only 6 ingredients and amazing taste. For 2 persons, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare, and no cooking is required ! Everything is fresh!! You will fall in love with this gluten free chia pudding as much as we did.
For our first chia pudding, we wanted to share with you the one made out of coconut. It was too good to not share it with you. Vegan and gluten free, what else would you like?
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Some fruits for your toppings or anything you want.
STEP 1: In order to have the perfect chia texture, you should mixe it in a bowl and place it into your fridge for one night. It will make it perfect to cook !
STEP 2: The day after, mixe the chia pudding with the coconut, the coconut milk, maple syrup, and the vanilla.
STEP 3: Add some toppings on it: fruits, cereals, or whatever you want !
STEP 4: enjoy it fresh !
