A gluten free samosa recipe?
Even though we said that this month should be light, this does not mean that we can’t enjoy eating healthy and tasty, but on the contrary, we must know how to enjoy ourselves in a healthy way! And yes, this recipe is very healthy and to die for…
So I found a little gluten-free samosa recipe for your little weekend aperitifs! Go to your oven to start by making the gluten-free brick sheets. For the recipe, it’s right here.

Then for this recipe of 12 gluten free samosas with goat’s cheese ortis and hazelnuts, you will need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large potato or two small ones
  • 6 bricks sheets
  • 1 fresh goat
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 1 bunch of nettles/ortis

STEP 1: Wash the nettles/ortis before soaking them in water and white vinegar. Then wash the potatoes and dice them before cooking them for 15 to 25 minutes in boiling water (the cooking time depends on your potato, it’s up to you to watch the cooking).

STEP 2: Drain the cooked potatoes, mash them and add the minced garlic.

ETAPE 3 : Using a glass, break the hazelnuts.

ETAPE 4 : Detach the nettle leaves and fry them in olive oil in a frying pan.

ETAPE 5 : Then in a plate mix the whole and form small balls by crushing the whole.

ETAPE 6 : Cut the brick leaves counting about 6cm wide to form gluten-free samoussas by putting the mixture inside.

ETAPE 7 : Once well closed, brown them in a frying pan!

Here’s an original gluten-free samoussa recipe that will please all your guests !

Enjoy your meal,
